About Us
Solitude Wellness & Restorative Healing offers non-invasive services that support the body's natural ability to heal itself. In the coming months, we will expand services to integrate root-cause health practices from Naturopathy, Ayurveda, and Functional Medicine.
Naturopathy is a branch of medicine that honors the body's ability to heal itself when given the right tools. Naturopathy works to remove obstacles that slow or prevent the body from healing itself. It is in fact one of the first practices of medicine.
Ayurveda - an ancient, holistic healing system from India - translates to "the science of life" in Sanskrit. It emphasizes balance among mind, body, and spirit by utilizing natural remedies and lifestyle practices.
Functional Medicine is based on treating the root cause of DIS-ease instead of treating symptoms alone. Functional Medicine aims to eliminate the origin of disorders thereby restoring proper balance to the body.
At Solitude Wellness & Restorative Healing, clients receive personalized care along with education that empowers them to enhance their well-being and that of their loved ones. We are not medical doctors and do not offer medical advice. Instead, we provide health coaching, education about natural healing modalities, and guidance centered around the root-cause of imbalance and DIS-ease to help you access your body's natural ability to heal itself.
Solitude was founded by Nicole L. Beverly, whose journey with natural health and wellness began in 2009 when she was misdiagnosed with a thyroid condition. Nicole shares her journey in her book - 2econd Chance, A Journey to Rediscover Inner Strength.
Adding to her passion for natural healing, Nicole is also a certified Level 1 Yoga Instructor, and a candidate for Integrative Health Practitioner certification through the Integrative Health Practitioner Institute.
Prior to starting Solitude, Nicole spent 15 years as a civil servant in the Federal government with extensive knowledge of public affairs, internal communications, and employee engagement. She is also an experienced interior decorator, having previously managed her own interior design business for several years.
After losing her best friends - her father in 2024 and mother in 2025 - Nicole responded to a spiritual calling to honor her parents by helping others advance their quality of life through natural health and wellness.
